Workforce Development
Kicking off with its first project, the National Aerospace Workforce Solutions Initiative (NAWSI), NADC aims to characterize the existing aerospace workforce (initially among five states, then nation-wide), then analyze its future. Part of this analysis will require a thorough understanding of the total aerospace workforce past and present to provide a strong foundation from which to extrapolate future scenarios. This project is the first step toward developing a national strategic plan to develop and maintain a highly skilled and thriving aerospace workforce.
